What team can I play for?

Senior Teams:

            A Grade Men

            A Grade Women

            B Grade Men

            B Grade Women

            C Grade Women

Junior Teams:

            Under 8s

            Under 10s

            Under 12s

            Under 14s/15s

            Under 16s/17s

 

When and where are games played?

Games are played at various times across the weekends, with Junior games taking place on Saturday mornings and Senior games spreading across Friday nights, Saturdays and Sundays.

Games are played at the Turf pitch at Stockwell Recreation Park, Duckponds Rd Stockwell and the turf pitch at Trinity College, Gawler. Depending on your team you may also be required to play one or two games at an alternate location, this will be communicated to you by your coach.

 

When is training?

Training in 2026 will be on Tuesday nights at Stockwell.

Junior trainings are from 4:15 pm

Senior training has started and all players are encouraged to attend from 6:30pm

 

When does the season start?

The 2026 season starts early April for senior teams and early May for Junior teams.

 

I don’t know much about hockey; can I still be involved?

Of course! While our teams can cater to all skill levels if you are looking to be involved away from the field out committee is always looking for extra hands. If you can help out behind the scenes, at events or be involved with our canteen please contact tanandahc@barossahockey.com
